Idgie Says:
A very slim children's book, perfect for bedtime reading. Nicely illustrated for the "not-yet-reader" to enjoy.
This is the first book in a 3 part series and 5% of all sales will be donated to St. Judes. These would be great to start a young reader off on, especially as you could start growing their collection with this series as the new books come out.
I would say ages 5 and under.

Paperback: 30 pages
Publisher: WordCrafts Press (November 8, 2014)
Language: English
Man in the Moon is a beautifully illustrated story about an
inquisitive little girl who reaches for the moon and finds a friend.
This sweet rhyming tale follows our young heroine on a magical journey
as she learns that any acquaintance can easily become a friend and no
matter how small you may feel (especially compared to the great big
moon) you are special to someone.
Man in the Moon is a
rhyming picture book written in 267 words, complete with soft,
watercolor illustrations that vividly bring the story to life. Children
will love the sing-song verses and discovering new objects and
characters in the multi-layered pictures. Man in the Moon is the first in a series of Evie & Knox night time story books.

The World of Post Secret
This
book is addictive to look at. I'm astounded that so many people would
put their thoughts on postcards, where they can be read by anyone, and
mail them off to a stranger. Of course the "author" of the postcard
remains anonymous so that helps, but so many of these postcards range
far off the path of mundane and onto the trail of heart-wrenching fears,
secrets and admissions. Some are pleas for help. Some are just
bitchfests and, yes, a few are just outright amusing.
A lot of these cards are homemade and you can see the labor that went into them. Little works of art.
Again, a fascinating case study in Humanity. I would say for the lover of the eclectic book, this could be a very interesting and welcome Christmas gift.
