All Is Not Forgotten - Spotlight and Trailer

Idgie Says:
I have not yet had the opportunity to read this novel, it is buried in my pile.  But if Reese, who has always had good taste in books from what I've seen and heard, wants to make a movie out of this story, I'm going to guess the book is a juicy one!

We know Reese Witherspoon has the Midas touch when it comes to bestsellers, and the expertly written psychological thriller ALL IS NOT FORGOTTEN by Wendy Walker is the latest one she's laid her hands on.

You don’t want to miss one of the most talked about books of Summer 2016, out this July from St. Martin’s Press.

The premise is provocative: a young girl named Jenny Kramer is brutally attacked in an affluent Connecticut suburb, and within hours she is given a controversial drug that medically erases her memory of the assault. Jenny’s parents disagree on this course of action, and as they seek help for their daughter, fissures in their marriage and in their small community begin to deepen. The search to find the attacker—who may live among them—drives this incredibly engrossing novel.

ALL IS NOT FORGOTTEN has already been named a summer 2016 must-read by Bustle, Redbook, She Knows and more. William Landay, New York Times bestselling author of DEFENDING JACOB, called it "An assured, powerful, polished novel that blends suspense and rich family drama. Built on a fascinating scientific premise and laced with moral complexity, it is, in a word, unforgettable." Witherspoon whipped up movie rights and is currently developing a film for Warner Bros.
