Idgie Says:
I adore this series of books - they are not only fun and colorful, looking great as decorative items in your kitchen - but they're chock full of information and good eats in Southern part of the US! I frequently look these books over before a road trip to see if we might be driving near any of the mouth watering restaurants that Morgan shares with the readers.
These are not just "where to eat" books. They are filled with vibrant photos, recipes, places to stop and visit on the way to the area, bits of history and cute anecdotal stories about the area or the people that live there.
The question remains - after all of his traveling from one wonderful restaurant to yet another scrumptious food stop.............how is Morgan not as big as a house? I would be!
